How to Use Mierava Herbal Bath Tea
1. Find some time for yourself.
2. Take a shower.
3. Fill the bath with water at a comfortable temperature.
4. Place one Mierava bath tea bag in the bath. For larger volumes of water, you can use two tea bags.
5. You can immerse yourself in the bath with the Mierava herbal bath tea bag. Alternatively, you can remove it after 7-10 minutes once it has steeped.
6. Be sure to enjoy the moment of harmony with yourself and nature.
7. You can play your favourite music.
8. If desired, you can rinse with warm water after the bath.
Recommendations:
Bathe for up to 20-30 minutes.
Use each bath tea bag only once.
